12 Minors and Age Restriction
The macaojili Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations under the PAGCOR framework. macaojili does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
During the registration process, macaojili collects date of birth information and conducts age verification checks to enforce this requirement. Where macaojili discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, macaojili will:
- Immediately suspend the relevant account pending investigation.
