1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and macaojili ("macaojili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the macaojili website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating a macaojili account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on any macaojili game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the macaojili Platform.

2 Eligibility
To register and use the macaojili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. macaojili strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold macaojili player accounts.

- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of macaojili, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the macaojili Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the PAGCOR framework.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
Age Verification: macaojili conducts age verification checks during and after registration. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method. macaojili takes underage gambling extremely seriously.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access macaojili's gaming services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) macaojili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. macaojili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without prior notice, and balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your macaojili account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. macaojili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify macaojili support immediately via live chat.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
macaojili may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
macaojili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. macaojili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are credited to your macaojili account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. macaojili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a short timeframe following approval. macaojili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the macaojili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). macaojili does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
macaojili is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. macaojili reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or suspend accounts pending investigation. Players must not use the macaojili Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
macaojili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. macaojili reserves the right to void bonus winnings and related real-money winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
macaojili actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. macaojili reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions
macaojili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.
6 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the macaojili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.
macaojili's games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and are subject to the rules of the respective live game. macaojili does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player rate, or winning result for any game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection , or system error during gameplay, macaojili reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account balance. macaojili's decision in such matters is final. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
macaojili reserves the right to suspend or cancel any game round where there is evidence of technical error, fraud, or manipulation. In such cases, macaojili will endeavor to restore affected player balances to their pre-round state as accurately as possible.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the macaojili Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
- Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Creating or operating more than one macaojili account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.

Players found in violation of these prohibitions will have their accounts suspended pending investigation, and confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the macaojili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to:

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, macaojili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your macaojili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
macaojili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform.
- Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your macaojili account.
- Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond macaojili's reasonable control.

- Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

By registering a macaojili account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
macaojili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with Philippine law.
12 Account Termination
12.1 Termination by Player
You may close your macaojili account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.2 Termination by macaojili
macaojili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if macaojili reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if macaojili is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, macaojili may forfeit the account balance without refund.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the macaojili Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply following account closure.
13 Amendments to These Terms
macaojili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, macaojili will provide notice to registered players via the contact details on file (email or mobile number) and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the macaojili Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.1.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and macaojili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting macaojili's support team. macaojili will endeavor to respond to and resolve all player complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
